Laura has over 20 years of experience as a health and fitness professional. She is a Life Time Fitness Instructor with a 200 Hour RYT, and is Certified in Pilates, Barre and TRX Suspension Training with a Master's of Science Degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
